Files commonly requested to resolve testing issues

You may be asked to send certain files to help us determine the cause of the problem you are experiencing.

First, submit a ticket describing the problem.

If asked, please include as an attachment the following files:

  • TestFlow.log, Messasge.log and aq.ini files. 
  • IMPORTANT: They need to be copied (do not delete or move them) and emailed right after the problem occurs.  Don’t run any other tests before you copy them.  The TestFlow.log file will rewrite when you begin a new test and the information will be lost.  
  • After you copy the files you can continue testing like normal.

These files are located in your Qest4 folder on the C/drive. 

  • You may not have the message file, it will only be there if you have a message that was recorded.
