How long does repair on a system take?
Created On
byBenjamin Plante
In the US, we typically are able to repair and return systems withing 24-48 hours from receiving them. We ship them back UPS 2nd day air so you would have your system within 3-4 days from when we receive it. For this reason we do not supply loaner systems while repairs are being completed. Before a system is sent to us for repair, you will need to submit a ticket so we can run all checks and make every attempt to find a solution without needing to send your system in.
